Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We are proud to be an Australian-owned business serving Australian customers.
🇦🇺 Domestic Shipping Only
We only ship to addresses within Australia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping to any other countries.
📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
    🚚 Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
    To offer you a wide variety of unique products at competitive prices, we ship our inventory from two different fulfillment centers: our local Australian warehouse and our international partner warehouse.
    Because of this, your items may arrive in separate packages and have different delivery times:
    Local Australian Warehouse: Items stocked locally usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days after processing.
    International Warehouse: Items shipped from our overseas fulfillment center typically arrive within 10 to 20 business days after processing.
      Please note: Estimated delivery times are guidelines and can occasionally fluctuate due to courier delays or peak holiday seasons.
      📍 Shipping Rates
      Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $15 . Any applicable shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
        🔍 Tracking Your Order
        When your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
        If you have not received your order within 25 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at haroonjavaid48@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
        🏡 P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers
        We do our best to accommodate all Australian addresses. However, items shipped cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If this applies to your order, we will contact you via email to request an alternative physical street address.
